Welcome to our website! As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 580.256.3328 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

OUR COVID-19 RESPONSE

I’m ready for the rollercoaster that is 2020 to be over. In the meantime, we will hang on and make the best of it. Modern Appliance has served NW Oklahoma for 50 years. This is our community, our friends and neighbors, and we will do our best to protect you and our team too. Here is a quick look into what we are doing.

We are taking steps to ensure the health and safety of our team and community.

First thing in the morning when employees clock in, they also undergo a temperature and pulse ox screening. If anyone has a fever, they will be sent home immediately.

CDC recommendations for protecting ourselves and others as wells as CDC information on symptoms of COVID-19, are posted in our facility.

We have increased sanitization practices both in the store and in our field vehicles. We have masks available for our team as well.

Before in home deliveries or service, we are asking customers to let us know if anyone in the household has had symptoms of COVID-19 within the past 14 days or have a known exposure.

We are doing our best to maintain the CDC recommended 6 feet of social distance in the store and in the home. We ask the same from you.

  • Make an appointment! You want to see it in person. Make an appointment to come in and shop. We have ramped up our cleaning regimen to try to keep everyone as safe as possible. With limiting the number of people in the store, your appointment will help you be able to shop on your schedule, especially if you drove a few miles to get here. We are delivering new appliances. Life at home still needs to move forward. You need quality appliances to make that happen smoothly. Our showroom is open as usual, but you have a few other ways to shop safely.

  • Make an appointment! You want to see it in person. Make an appointment to come in and shop one on one outside of normal hours. Call (580)256-3328 for your appointment.

Once you have found the right appliance, we can proceed in the following ways.

  • Pick up your appliance(s) from our Woodward Warehouse.
  • Schedule your appliance(s) to be dropped off in the driveway or garage for a no contact delivery.
  • Schedule full service installation. With this option, we ask that you maintain social distance while the technician performs his tasks. We will unbox and dispose of the packing materials, bring in the house, install and haul away the old appliance if needed.

We are performing in house repairs. If an appliance isn’t working properly, you still have someone to count on. Call and schedule in home appliance repair service to get life back to normal fast. Call (580)256-3328.

We are dealing with supply shortages. You may notice some items are harder to come by these days. We are doing our best to keep quality appliances available for when your need arises. That has been difficult for some items, but we appreciate your kind understanding. Freezers are a notable example. We are trying our best to get them in to take care of everyone who needs one.

We can special order appliances and parts, but the time it takes to get them in is much longer than we are all used to. We appreciate your patience.

We are praying for our community, our country and all of humanity. Our leaders at all levels have difficult decisions in front of them. We pray for wisdom and humility in their decision process. We pray for healing for those in need!
