i have wanted these attachments for a very long time the first i got was the ice cream maker for the kids awesome, and then a few weeks ago qvc had the kitchen aid stand mixer as their special and i started looking and they had all the attachments on sale so i jumped and bought the spiralizer and the fresh prep and the grinder. i havent used it yet but i used the spiralizer frist did potatoes srayed with butter-oil and put in air fryer kids loved them they were like potato chips but a little softer and i used it for apples love this saved me so much time of peeling and slicing and i used fresh prep and shredded cheese cant say how much i like these will definitely get me back in cooking and experimenting in my kitchen l have had my stand mixer for 21 yrs and hand mixer 10 plus i really like the fact i can renew my tool without having to get all new pieces to work it.iam excited to have my kitchen aid products

I received this as a birthday present from my husband and thought this was a superfluous toy. Boy, was I wrong!! I used the medium spiral attachment to make zucchini "noodles". Set up was quick, easy, as well as placing the zucchini onto the tool. I had oodles of noodles in mere moments. I'm very excited to use this for making apple pies and potatoes for upcoming holiday dinners!! I won't be able to pawn off after dinner dishes due to excess meal prep. After looking at Spiralizers for awhile and seeing how large they were, I loved the idea of a "portable" version for my Kitchen Aid. I have only used it to spiralize zucchini but I was impressed with the efficiency of the unit. I will say there is a learning curve to assembling and using this attachment and I watched the YouTube video a few times to learn how to put the whole thing together. It did a great job with the zoodles. I was very careful to follow the suggested size of the veggies which helped expedite the process. Next I plan to peel, core and slice apples for homemade applesauce. This is the first attachment I have purchased for my Kitchen Aid after 25 years of use. I hope to get plenty of use from it.

I love the results and the pieces are easy to put together. However, the blades are difficult to remove. They just lift up, but it's very difficult and the manual has no actual instructions on how to properly remove. Since they sort of pop into place, it's hard to "unpop" them which frustrates me since this is the most dangerous part - the blade piece!

I love the product! I used it a lot! There is only one thing missing and I would like that yours mechanical engineering think about doing it. Instead of so many blades for spiralizing, do one blade to cute sweet potato's or potatoes to do lasagna

Fun and easy to use. My only comment is that the threaded pole that pulls the item to the back be extended to add more thread. After I am done spiraling my squash for example, there is a small piece of about a half inch that does not get spiraled because the tread ends a bit to early.

Easy to use

I'm elderly and don't have as much strength in my hands as I would like. I still love to cook and try new recipes. Needed a spiralizer for zucchini noodles and was so happy I purchased the electric attachment for my KitchenAid. It was actually fun and am looking forward to my next project with beets.

Il est tout simplement parfait! Un petit bémol : pour faire les carottes en spirale, il aurait fallut pensé à pouvoir modifier le "pic" pour insérer le légume, il est trop gros et la carotte casse et il y a trop de perte, ou ça prend d'énormes carottes!!!

I love the ease to spiralize

I am happy with my spiralizer. I don't like that the vegetables I try to spiralize cannot be soft even alittle. They have to be very firm or it does not work

7 Blade Spiralizer Plus Awesomness

Purchased the 7 Blade Spiralizer Plus with Peel, Core and Slice attachment based on reviews. It performs flawlessly and wow is it fast/efficient. Easy to set up and use and cleaning is a breeze. Certainly far superior to store bought summer squash noodles.
