I bought this a month ago and I was not sure if iwas going to love it... I bought it anyway it's so easy to use no hassle at all and the box that I comes with works perfect it to store it and it even comes with something to wash it with .. I love that makes it so easy I didn't think I would use it a lot and oh my I've been using it at least once a week or a lil more I've made home made Italian sausages... grounded my own stake that I had already on the fridge and made burgers with it also I had chicken breast and grind it also and my fave sausages too I made them into meat balls and omg!!!! They were good!!! Overall it helps you save money because if you have any type of meat, chicken ,fish ,Sausages you grind anything and make a meal you don't have to go out and buy what you need... it's there and you save that money and you know what I love this and I would recommend this to anyone and it's such a good price for what it has to

I love this product. My husband made the best hamburgers I have ever eaten using this attachment. The burger was juicy and flavorful, because he was able to mix his own meat mixture with seasonings included. I gave it a 4 star only because I would love to use this to make Pasteles but I need an even smaller grinder attachment to be able to grind the bananas properly. This would be 5 star product if I could buy even more blades so that I can use it even more often. All in all a great product and I would definitely recommend it. Oh yes....the ability to buy nice storage container for it would be great!

I was not happy to find the grinder attachment plate were all too fine for my purposes. I like to make chili meat and italian sausage. The three plates that come with the attachment are not as coarse as I would like.

This grinder is a huge piece of garbage! Tried to grind sirloin and rib-eye steak of for burgers. This thing gets clogged easily on on fatty type of meat. AVOID IT

I bought it a little over 1 month ago and have used it several times. It does not back up it did just what it was made for. it grinds meat like nobodies business. I can't wait until deer season to see if it works on deer as well as pork and beef. haven't tried chicken yet either.

No sooner did the grinder arrive that I had it out of the box, washed down, and put into use to grind up 10 pounds of Boston Butt to make sausage. The grinding went quickly and so did the sausage stuffing. All of the equipment, not including the sausage stuffing nozzles, was made of heavy, quality, stainless steel. Cleanup was a snap. I couldn't have been happier with this grinder.

Superior replacement for my plastic 1980s grinder

Six weeks ago, my 1980s plastic grinder, which had a small crack near where it attaches to the mixer, cracked further, allowing a small amount of the food I was grinding to escape out the crack. When I saw the steel replacement grinder on sale, I bought it. I made your Thai chicken meatballs with the new grinder. I always seem to let the meat pieces I will grind stay in the freezer a little too long, and this new, steel grinder handles the harder pieces with aplomb. I like the 3, not just 2, grinding size discs as well as the sausage stuffing material.

I thought this product would be great but I was really surprised just how well made it is. I got this for Father's day and went out right away and got some chuck and sirloin to grind. I was impressed how easy it was to grind the meat into my own custom grind and also how easy it is to clean. I've worked in food service for 27 years and was surprised at the restaurant quality weight and feel of this equipment. The burgers I made with this attachment tasted fresher than anything I've purchased from the store or butcher not to mention I know exactly what's in the meat I serve my family. This attachment was a great Father's Day gift!

I just purchased this item. I have had a grinder attachment for my Kitchenaid for about 15 years, but it is the original and it is plastic - granted it is a heavy plastic, but still plastic. It works perfectly, I am upgrading to metal. The grinder attachment itself is amazing and I use it a lot. All the attachments work exactly as they are designed to, and work very well. The price is right on this item, too. Looking forward to adding this to my large collection. A must have if you love good burgers. I grind brisket and, short ribs and sirloin and my burgers are incredible. But it does everything it is supposed to do very well.

I use this grinder almost more than I use my mixer! I have ground Turkey and chicken and have made the BEST burgers. I also grind different kinds of pork and make burgers and breakfast sausage balls.
The grinder works great. No clogging. It's very easy to put together.
A cleaning brush is included and it helps with a very easy clean up.

Had the grinder for a week now and have used it twice. It worked much easier than I thought it would, and cleaned up much easier than I had envisioned. I was surprised to find the metal parts are not dishwasher safe, but was greatly surprised that they cleaned up so fast and easy with the supplied brush, dish soap and warm water. Would buy it again.

The 1st time I used this, I made hamburgers with the meat I ground. My husband commented that they were the BEST burgers he had ever had. I had to agree. The meat seems more tender and tasty. The only thing I did differently was to grind the meat freshly.

Grinding my own ground beef, chicken and turkey and controlling the ingredients, it a plus for me and my family. My food grinder deserves a 10 star.... Spinach and Feta Chicken burgers are the best and is always a hug hit for everyone.

Just received my new grinder and have already used it several times for chicken and ham salad. The grinder is definitely sturdy compared to the plastic one and the hopper on the top is large enough to actually hold some meat. If you put a piece of bread in last you can. Get the last bit of meat out of the grinder. Clean up is a breeze. Everything comes apart easily for a quick clean up and stores perfectly I the box. I haven't ground fresh meat in it yet but I am sure it will be fine.

It handled grinding chicken for me on the first try wonderfully. The only thing that wasn't clear was how to disassemble the tray from the feeding neck. The answer was to just pull, I was afraid I was going to break it until I saw a video of someone cleaning theirs already detached.
